Don't tell me what to do
A zine about being too 'something'

To every girlie out there who has been told she was too something.

Character becomes a problem when it refuses to adapt. Women learn early how their presence is measured. Women are often described in excess.
“Too emotional. Too intense. Too sensitive. Too feminine.”

What is framed as attitude is often autonomy. What is called difficulty isfrequently presence. There is power in not adjusting. In existing fully, without apology or explanation.
