Dell Boys Cricket Tour 2024 — Jersey Design
Every summer, the Dell Boys, a group of friends who started playing together in 2020 and have been growing ever since, take their cricket game abroad - not for trophies, but for the memories. For their 2024 tour in Zagreb, they asked me to design the team t-shirts: something fun, personal, and a little weird (in the best way, just like them).
The illustration was created in collaboration with Chubby Duck, a T-shirt brand founded by one of the players. We created a design that brings together key elements of the team’s spirit: Gary, their iconic peacock mascot; a cunning fox representing the rival team; cricket gear; and the unmistakable Chubby Duck logo. Every detail was chosen to reflect the team’s identity and the lighthearted energy they bring to every match.
Designing for the Dell Boys was less about following a brief and more about capturing the energy of a very specific, very funny group of people.
